The site is good but I don't understand why I have to choose a specific preferred location every time. It seems completely unnecessary and a huge waste of time. At worst, ask once but not systematically when you are a regular customer

Very good site overall, but there should be a special section for the Shop and it should be easier to find all the items for sale.

Navigation on the site not very simple, because we are always on the subscription proposal, not easy to find to just place an order online. However, execution of the order in a few hours and delivery the next day, well done to the shop at 103 rue la fayette 75010 :)

Order placed on January 22 (evening), shipped on February 2 and received on February 3, a delivery time of 12 days, while it is requested during the order to choose your nearby store, it seems a bit long... more than 10 days to ship an order of products in stock...

Difficult to get my last order. A lot of delays without explanation or warning. No excuse: disappointing.

I don't find it normal that we have to register our bank details to be able to order. Fortunately, the coffees are good otherwise I would have canceled my order.

The site is correct. I don't understand the obligation to choose a reference location, it seems totally unnecessary to me. I'm not very happy with the carrier who indicates every time that I'm not there when there are 4 of us at home due to teleworking. I would like to have the option to choose a parcel relay instead of having to go relatively far from my home every time.

The site is perfect. However, I don't understand why you don't offer a pickup of ordered products in your stores. It would be really convenient and would allow the store to better understand the tastes of its customers and thus ensure a more targeted supply.
