Very nice tiles. The broken tiles were replaced without any issues. Five points, would gladly do it again! Perhaps one should consider better packaging so that not so many break during transport.

The tiles are perfectly true to their description. We are delighted!
However, we are not very satisfied with the delivery; 1 box out of three arrived broken. No issues with Comptoirs du Cerame who reacted very well, but this caused delays in the project.

Positive points:
- Wide choice of tiles
- Possibility to have samples delivered: which allows us to see the rendering of the tiles
- The tile samples resemble the photos on the website
Negative point:
- The delivery: the carrier is certainly not the best. The delivery of the samples was scheduled for Monday 12/12 (perfect, I was working from home!). Except that on Saturday 10/12 I was informed that the carrier would arrive that day between 9:00 and 12:00. I therefore canceled my planned work in my new house to stay home. The carrier never came and I had to reschedule the delivery!! I therefore wasted my time (very precious).

and regarding my own experience, it is always the carrier that is at fault (broken goods and/or chaotic delivery).
I am therefore in deep reflection about ordering from Comptoir du Cerame (need to choose the delivery date, to be able to be called by the carrier, etc.)

Tiles arrived in pieces due to poor packaging by the sender. But good reaction from customer service who resent the goods with better protection. Nevertheless, unfortunate consequence on the deadlines delaying the installation by the professional.

Super fast delivery times and impeccable packaging, nothing to say. However, we ordered mustard-colored hexagonal tiles, they are absolutely not mustard but orange... I understand that there can be color differences depending on computer screens, but this is clearly not the same color... Too bad.
