Everything was perfect, from the choice of our samples on the site, to the reception of them, then from the large order placed to the reception and then to the laying of the tiles.
We are very happy with the products, the result is very good.

We do everything possible to show our products in the most realistic way possible. However, our photos are not contractual and we do not control the differences in color shades between different screens. That is why we offer our customers to order a sample that will be refunded upon ordering.

Hello. 1st delivery unsuccessful: I was absent and missed the delivery person. Neither voicemail nor letter was left by them, I had to contact the distributor who fortunately located my order. Second attempt successful but 1 of the 3 boxes is completely destroyed: tiles all broken in two. A shame therefore.

I was delivered the wrong color. I wanted mustard yellow credenza as shown in the presentation photo, but instead I received an ochre red (nothing to do with it) since then I have been desperately trying to reach them by phone, but from the first ring my call is redirected to an automatic voicemail that tells me 'we are not available at the moment, please call us back later' okay but when? You are not available on Thursday at 3 PM, nor even on Friday? I am quite surprised. I also sent a message to 'contact us' I hope to get a quick response, and that a solution will be found. Not very reassuring..

Beautiful tiles spotted on the site and ordered. Questions asked directly on the site went unanswered (regarding matching credenza choices with the tiles and advice on choosing grout for the tiles) so there is a feeling of a somewhat light customer relationship and the impression of ordering from a robot ;-( In conclusion: very limited pre-sale exchanges on advice / unsatisfactory delivery considering the price / but beautiful tiles purchased
