Customer service unreachable. Sample order overpriced: €15 shipping for €1 of tiles, which in the end was not great. We found exactly the same tile model much nicer elsewhere!

Your sample arrived at your place on 28/06, three days after the order.
The shipping costs for samples are refunded in case of a firm order, as indicated on the site.

Very beautiful products, fast delivery. Possibility of express delivery which is very useful given the delivery times of tiles in stores. Payment by bank transfer can create delays for delivery which is a shame. If you need the product quickly, pay by credit card.
