We are delighted with the choice of tiles, the quality is there and the packages were perfectly protected. However, the delivery was a real disaster: order placed on August 18 and received only on September 26... This greatly complicated our renovation work. We think a change of carrier would be necessary. Too bad, because the products are superb, but we will not recommend on this site unless we are not in a hurry.

Very big issues with their delivery service. They charge exorbitant fees for either receiving broken merchandise, not receiving it at all, or receiving it at a namesake's address without anyone caring...! My last two experiences have been catastrophic! I strongly advise against it!!! It's a shame, their design was really nice!
