Nothing to complain about the order and the products but very disappointed with the delivery by the carrier db schenker. Package not picked up, I had the supplier for a week while we had ordered in advance to organize the delivery one week when we could receive it. It arrived the following week on a delivery day when the driver could not find the address but knew to say it was in the dead end but did not contact us with a delivery slot of 8am-6pm which blocked us for an entire day! A redelivery was scheduled for the same day after our call to the delivery person! No difficulties the next day to find the house which had not changed address and we had not given any additional information.
So great seller but zero carrier!

As noted on our website, for certain items with larger dimensions that constrain packaging, we send a part of the tile. In your case, you ordered among other things patchworks of different patterns and large format mosaics with patterns. Therefore, you received mosaic tiles and not the entire slab and a tile from the patchwork collection so that you could judge the color and material. I think it is not necessarily good form to deliver smaller tiles as they are not sufficiently representative. the tiles are perfectly compliant with what I expected but.... quite a few tiles were chipped (small and large chips). A bit of bubble wrap, polystyrene, or more eco-friendly cardboard, or newspaper to better protect them from shocks would have easily avoided this type of damage upon receipt, too bad.
