Very good responsive site, attentive to the customer and reassuring. The technical information of the product for installation: joint, type of glue, rectification.... Some tiles have impacts on the edges, which are fragile, be careful when cleaning between the tiles before making the joints.

Subsequently, I called customer service to know the availability of the product. Not having an immediate answer, the person committed to call me back the next day, which was done.
