The tiles are beautiful. However, a big downside: the delivery cost represents a third of the order. Upon arrival, the two boxes were well packaged on a pallet. The first one was perfect. The second one, when lifted, burst open from the bottom (defective packaging), and 15-20 tiles fell and broke. Given the price, I am quite disgusted. Fortunately, we had enough good tiles for our initial project, but many were lost which is frustrating given the price.

I had very serious problems with the carrier that are still not resolved to this day. Half of the tiles were destroyed due to poor packaging on a broken pallet. The customer service has been completely absent since that day, and no one has contacted me to compensate for this damage. Be more than careful if you order.

You signed the delivery note without reporting any anomalies, and you contacted us almost a week later to inform us of broken tiles. We explained the procedure to you, and the last email is dated 26/08/2025 where I asked you what the damages are in order to find a solution despite everything. You did not respond to this message... so do not come and say later that customer service has been completely absent!

The tiles are beautiful! But the delivery was catastrophic, the delivery person refused to go up a floor while I was recovering from foot surgery, hence the redelivery, and one of the tiles arrived broken into 3 pieces. This does not prevent me from choosing, and I will place an order for 10 m2 shortly. Do you have models in yellow as well (for my bathroom)? I am starting the work at the end of January, what are your delivery times? Thank you for your response my email [email protected]
