Hello. 1st delivery unsuccessful: I was absent and missed the delivery person. Neither voicemail nor letter was left by them, I had to contact the distributor who fortunately located my order. Second attempt successful but 1 of the 3 boxes is completely destroyed: tiles all broken in two. A shame therefore.

I was delivered the wrong color. I wanted mustard yellow credenza as shown in the presentation photo, but instead I received an ochre red (nothing to do with it) since then I have been desperately trying to reach them by phone, but from the first ring my call is redirected to an automatic voicemail that tells me 'we are not available at the moment, please call us back later' okay but when? You are not available on Thursday at 3 PM, nor even on Friday? I am quite surprised. I also sent a message to 'contact us' I hope to get a quick response, and that a solution will be found. Not very reassuring..

Received unlabelled sample order (handy!). Many products unavailable. Customer service is moderately effective as an intermediary between suppliers in Spain but nevertheless makes every effort to satisfy the customer. Final order very good, the tiles are of good quality.

The order went well with competent and flexible sellers. However, the delivery service is outrageous and misleading: they pretended not to have been able to reach me (only one call without leaving a message according to them) to justify that I was not delivered on the scheduled day. After rescheduling the delivery, the delivery person left a pallet with 280k of tiles in front of my building without help or explanation. In conclusion: I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE

The tiles are beautiful, the staff is available and responsive, and the deadlines were respected. However, there was an error in my order, I had requested square tiles and I was delivered hexagonal tiles which might not fit well where I intended to put them... Too bad for this mistake because otherwise a very good experience.

I requested a delivery as soon as possible on September 24. I stated this several times. But the carrier must not have received the message. The carrier did not contact me as promised, the delivery person arrived with the pallet on September 8 to my great surprise and dismay. The street is small and the pallet remained for several days before my tiler had the time and kindness to bring the boxes to his place. A car or a large truck could have damaged the pallet, or it could have been stolen. On the same day, or the next, from your website, I sent a complaint that went unanswered.

A good choice of tiles, ceramics, mosaics. We ordered tiles for the bathroom. The order tracking is quite easy.
The carrier (Schencker in this case) was efficient and careful with the merchandise - thanks to the very friendly driver-. Reception on half-pallet, effective packaging and protection as there was no breakage to report.
