I ordered 2 boxes of tiles. On the first shipment, one box was completely broken. The after-sales service was very efficient and sent me another one with my photos as proof. But there is a big problem with packaging and transport since there was still breakage in the second shipment.

Very pleasant site, elegant, smooth navigation, aesthetic, good photos, clear explanations, nothing to say. However, there is a gap between this presentation and the Order Tracking, which is non-existent. Its status remaining unchanged, I had to call several times (voicemail every time or ringing into the void...) for someone to call me back and inform me of the delivery date.

Delivery made with most tiles broken, especially on the corners, surely caused by the lack of diligence on the part of the delivery person, a provider of the ceramic counter who is not directly at fault. We managed to make do with what was left because we were pressed for time for the installation!! We didn't even try to return the order as it would have taken too long, very disappointed since our first order went very well!!!

3 shipments of 1 m2 broken upon delivery. I abandoned my complaints and managed with the few unbroken tiles in the packages. Not serious at all. Too bad because the site looked good and had a lot of choices. I won't take the risk again.

I ordered samples before placing a potential order. I received 3 samples within 10 days, 2 out of 3 were broken and I received the balance of my order a month later, again with broken tiles. So I did not place an order and bought my tiles elsewhere. A site that takes a month to send 8 paid samples, I can't even imagine how long an order might take....

The delivery fee policy is not very clear and I had to follow up with the company to find out where my order was, but in the end, delivery was on time, without breakage. The color of the tiles received did not match the color displayed on the site at all. The tiles appeared sky blue on the site while I received a sort of lagoon blue-green.. return is paid and not cheap. Had to follow up to get a refund for my order.

very satisfied with the site, speed of responses, speed of shipping ... top! Unfortunately spoiled by a deplorable delivery, damaged boxes, half-open, unloading by a pallet truck that jumped 30 cm high from the truck to the ground .. Result 30% of my tiles broken ;(

LAMENTABLE: 4 deliveries to manage to obtain 25 tiles. No commercial gesture following these problems, apart from having returned 25 tiles each time, which means I have 41 tiles of which 16 are useless to me. ..... Comptoir du Cérame needs to find a transport company worthy of the name!!!!
