Customer service unreachable. Sample order overpriced: €15 shipping for €1 of tiles, which in the end was not great. We found exactly the same tile model much nicer elsewhere!

I made a mistake in the reference for the order of a wall tile because the color looked almost identical in appearance on the site, upon receipt however, the color is much too light. All I was told over the phone is that I should reorder the correct color and then they would send me the amount of the return shipping for the other. Without knowing if there would be any commercial gesture or not. I am disappointed. Total order of more than 1500 euros.
Delivery person not equipped with electric material, the pallet was dropped in the middle of the road because it was a bit sloped, he could not maneuver it.
