I ordered a tile sample from COMPTOIR DU CERAME. Upon receiving the sample, I placed a large order for the same tile. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the tile did not match the sample I had previously received. I contacted the company COMPTOIR DU CERAME, which indicated that they had made a mistake in sending the sample, but that I had received the correct tile reference. I ordered this tile only because I liked the received sample. The tile I received does not match the sample I ordered at all. The company COMPTOIR DU CERAME is asking me to pay return fees of 253 euros, even though the mistake came from the company. The company COMPTOIR DU CERAME shows a lack of professionalism. To this day, they refuse to take back the tile for free. If you want to deal with a trustworthy company, DO NOT CHOOSE COMPTOIR DU CERAME!!

We sent you a sample without the anti-slip treatment that you requested, clearly indicating on the tile that it was the same product WITHOUT the anti-slip.
