I ordered 2 samples so 2 times €15, but no refund because my total order did not reach the minimum amount. Moreover, almost 1/4 of my order had broken tiles... Fortunately, I had enough left to make my backsplash. Too bad the carrier does not pay attention to the package. Otherwise, beautiful product quality.

We really regret your feelings. By coming back to us we would have refunded or replaced the breakage.
As for the shipping costs of the samples, we specify on the site that we only refund one shipping cost of samples per order and for that it had to reach €120 including tax excluding shipping costs.

Beautiful choice of quality tiles, customer service attentive to my order which was poorly delivered (address error). However, there was no protection for the tiles inside the box, my package was damaged as well as the mini pallet... fortunately no breakage.
