Thank you for your message. Regarding your order, the purchased tile is a non-rectified tile, and the standard allows for variations of a few millimeters for tiles. Moreover, you are replacing some tiles by putting them with other tiles from a different manufacture, so it's almost impossible to have the same measurements. On each product sheet of ordered references, the indicated thickness is 0.9mm and not 1 cm as you state. Not being a collection of rectified tiles, there can be a variation of a few mm acceptable by tile standards. I do not see any contact from you indicating a possible problem with dimensions. As noted on our website, for certain items with larger dimensions that constrain packaging, we send a part of the tile. In your case, you ordered among other things patchworks of different patterns and large format mosaics with patterns. Therefore, you received mosaic tiles and not the entire slab and a tile from the patchwork collection so that you could judge the color and material. Concerned about satisfying you as best as possible, we attempted to contact you by phone without success.
