I am delighted to have received the requested samples. However, the initial format is 44x44 and the delivered squares are 22x22. I think it is not necessarily good form to deliver smaller tiles as they are not sufficiently representative. I must admit that I am a bit disappointed especially since we pay for these samples and their transport.

Unfortunately, the delivery was not compliant, not at all the expected model, project blocked, customer service number indicated on the internet is incorrect, no one to respond to my urgent need to find a solution. In short, extreme dissatisfaction, I do NOT recommend AT ALL.

Positive points:
- Wide choice of tiles
- Possibility to have samples delivered: which allows us to see the rendering of the tiles
- The tile samples resemble the photos on the website
Negative point:
- The delivery: the carrier is certainly not the best. The delivery of the samples was scheduled for Monday 12/12 (perfect, I was working from home!). Except that on Saturday 10/12 I was informed that the carrier would arrive that day between 9:00 and 12:00. I therefore canceled my planned work in my new house to stay home. The carrier never came and I had to reschedule the delivery!! I therefore wasted my time (very precious).

Super fast delivery times and impeccable packaging, nothing to say. However, we ordered mustard-colored hexagonal tiles, they are absolutely not mustard but orange... I understand that there can be color differences depending on computer screens, but this is clearly not the same color... Too bad.

the tiles are perfectly compliant with what I expected but.... quite a few tiles were chipped (small and large chips). A bit of bubble wrap, polystyrene, or more eco-friendly cardboard, or newspaper to better protect them from shocks would have easily avoided this type of damage upon receipt, too bad.

If the website's showcase is attractive, the reality is disappointing. 21 tiles delivered: 1 broken, 4 conforming to the photo, the others with defects (which I am told are 'part of the graphic'!). In the end: - it makes the tile very expensive - bad experience - big disappointment

First order: Solid color tiling: very well corresponds to the description on the site.
Second order: hexagonal art deco tiling. In fact, impossible to create the pattern because you receive 24 of the same in your box! They are only patchwork tiles.... What a disappointment.... NO precision on the site when ordering. In my opinion, this is a shortcoming.

The packaging of 990 kg on a single pallet makes it impossible to roll the pallet jack with the load on a dirt sidewalk to bring the load into the dirt courtyard even with two people despite the very good will of the driver
No problem, I transferred each package onto 3 pallets that I had because I anticipated this possible difficulty

Tiles received quickly, color similar to that of the photo, very well packaged order: no breakage! I went to pick up the order because it was much simpler for me (on my way) than arranging an appointment that blocks half a day and doesn't deliver after 4:30 PM (a bit complicated when you work!)
