The delivery went well but the box was damaged at one corner, (hence the reservation). The tiles are scratched from rubbing during transport, it would be good to provide spacers between the tiles to avoid this problem, I know this represents additional work.

However, the delivery service is outrageous and misleading: they pretended not to have been able to reach me (only one call without leaving a message according to them) to justify that I was not delivered on the scheduled day.
