Review on delivery bad but very satisfactory product

Fast delivery.
Small downside for the delivery fees which are very high!

I ordered 2 samples so 2 times €15, but no refund because my total order did not reach the minimum amount. Moreover, almost 1/4 of my order had broken tiles... Fortunately, I had enough left to make my backsplash. Too bad the carrier does not pay attention to the package. Otherwise, beautiful product quality.

Beautiful choice of quality tiles, customer service attentive to my order which was poorly delivered (address error). However, there was no protection for the tiles inside the box, my package was damaged as well as the mini pallet... fortunately no breakage. Upon receipt, it is important to check with the delivery person if damaged, refuse the goods

The tiles are very pretty but 3 of them in the only package ordered arrived broken.

It's a shame that in terms of pricing you remain very expensive compared to the competition, despite a 10% discount for artisans with a nice surprise at the end of the order of an additional €144 for delivery.

I requested a delivery as soon as possible on September 24. I stated this several times. But the carrier must not have received the message. The carrier did not contact me as promised, the delivery person arrived with the pallet on September 8 to my great surprise and dismay. The street is small and the pallet remained for several days before my tiler had the time and kindness to bring the boxes to his place. A car or a large truck could have damaged the pallet, or it could have been stolen. On the same day, or the next, from your website, I sent a complaint that went unanswered.

Happy with my purchase, the tiles are very pretty but the only downside is that I ordered a small quantity which was sent to me in a poorly protected box, in the end out of 13 tiles only 4 arrived intact... I contacted customer service who very responsively offered to send me a new package, I specified to protect it well because the package had to travel 1500 km it cannot be protected just by bubble wrap... I received my new order and the same, poorly protected package and more than half of the tiles broken! This time, however, silence from customer service...

Some difficulties encountered with the carrier (lost packages) but effective management by the sales service who had a new order shipped.

Satisfied clear site

A good choice of tiles, ceramics, mosaics. We ordered tiles for the bathroom. The order tracking is quite easy.
The carrier (Schencker in this case) was efficient and careful with the merchandise - thanks to the very friendly driver-. Reception on half-pallet, effective packaging and protection as there was no breakage to report.

Very reactive following a carrier problem,

Good quality tiles. Conforms to the photos. Delivery leaves much to be desired. Tiles received on a semi-palette too small and light for the weight of the package. The palette gave way during delivery, with the tiles (thankfully no breakage); The delivery person had to put it on another palette for delivery.

Samples conform to the description, delivered quickly and 15 euros refunded in case of order.

Great choice and service for samples.
But the ergonomics of the site could be improved to find references more easily.

3 weeks to receive a sample announced in stock then in package preparation to finally inform you 3 days later that they are out of stock... Finally, 15 euros shipping for a sample of 2 tiles is pure theft. Ultimately received a mediocre quality tile in a color not matching the photo.

Following the receipt of a sample of white hexagonal tiles, I ordered 9 boxes of these tiles.
I was unpleasantly surprised by the quality of the tiles compared to the sample. Some had more or less significant stains in the glaze, others had roughness on the surface or even chips...
I then requested to receive additional tiles to compensate for these unusable tiles.
It took more than 2 months, repeated sending of photos showing the defects of the tiles, and several follow-ups for one day the delivery of the additional tiles to arrive at my place.
It is regrettable that communication was one-way with customer service at the end of processing my request. I received no response to my emails or messages on your voicemail at the end.
Thank you for the tiles I eventually received but bad point for customer relations.

While it took a bit long to get the reference to order, it was particularly fast (less than 2 weeks) afterwards, especially in the current context.

Everything is very good, except for the delivery.

Order in preparation for 3 weeks then product in restocking.
Good service if you're not in a hurry

We initially received a wrong tile. We refused the package and the new batch was quickly sent. The tile was neither broken nor cracked. Very good delivery.
However, the colors are sometimes not pronounced enough. On some tiles, pigments turned white instead of green and red. It's a shame the quality of the colors is not fulfilled but great choice of tiles and patterns, that's top!

The site is not always very easy to handle and we regret the absence of projection of the tiles on a larger surface to give an idea of what it looks like side by side and on a larger surface, as many other sites offer. So it's difficult to get an idea of what the tiles look like 'together'.

Efficient and fast; a lot of choices;

it's a shame that the tiles ordered in 2020 are different from those of 2019 for the same reference (thickness: 5mm less - dimensions of 1 or 2 mm) otherwise of quality and delivered without problem within the deadlines.
