Superb experience in every way. Quality and beautiful tiling. Conforms to the photos. Sending of samples and order was very quick (3 and 7 days). The team on the phone is always welcoming, very good advice, and super responsive, plus they call you back if you can't reach them. In short, super satisfied all around. I recommend without hesitation and I will definitely think of you for my upcoming projects in the house. Thank you @comptoirducérame

First order: Solid color tiling: very well corresponds to the description on the site.
Second order: hexagonal art deco tiling. In fact, impossible to create the pattern because you receive 24 of the same in your box! They are only patchwork tiles.... What a disappointment.... NO precision on the site when ordering. In my opinion, this is a shortcoming.

The tiles are magnificent, and the delivery is fast.
The after-sales service is very competent. I had to contact them upon receipt of the package to report that there were broken tiles, the packaging was not suitable for the fragility of the ceramic (the carrier himself noticed it).
My complaint was quickly taken into account, and I received new tiles. They were well packaged with polystyrene to prevent breakage (all were in perfect condition).
