THE order took 3 weeks to arrive, the package got lost, NO way to know where it ended up. A delivery person calling on the landline -> they are sure to find no one!
AND the result: THE color was not the right one!

Sorry for this mishap. Normally the courier services we use (UPS in your case, or TNT) contact us to ask for additional information if they cannot reach the recipient.
For the tile, I invite you to contact us by email or phone to see what happened so we can send you the tile you wanted or refund your sample order if necessary.

Wide range of varied products that you can't find in stores. Delivery time was shorter than announced. A few damaged tiles were immediately replaced, nothing to complain about. Only the shipping costs would prevent me from ordering more regularly, I find them far too high, especially since they are charged per square meter.
