I hesitated a lot to buy tiles online! I took the plunge because I couldn't find the tile pattern I wanted anywhere. I want to say that the tiles were delivered perfectly, no broken tiles. The delivery was handled by FedEx with whom I was able to arrange a new delivery because I wasn't there when they called the first time. The delivery people waited for me to open all the packages to make sure everything was in perfect condition as mentioned in the seller's instructions. I am very satisfied with my tiles. :-)

I highly recommend. Responsiveness, availability of Audrey Torresilla who gives very good advice. Everything was delivered on time. And above all, the tiles ordered (three references of tiles in total for the bathroom walls and the kitchen/entrance floor) are really of high quality (we are far from the tiles offered in traditional DIY stores). I even received compliments from my neighbors when they saw the tiles I was having delivered and from the craftsmen who laid the tiles.

Smooth purchasing experience, impeccable customer service. A downside on the delivery. After having postponed the delivery day twice, I ended up receiving the pallet at the entrance of my property and not at the entrance of my house despite my request to the delivery person. Having to move the pallet myself to the house was long, heavy, and tedious. However, I am very satisfied with the product.
