Appalling customer service behavior with a threat to make us pay an additional 180 euros (in storage fees) because the delivery date (which had been scheduled long ago) was too far away for them. This threat was quickly resolved over the phone with a receipt from our side, but the method remains questionable. As for delivery, no better than their sales representative, the pallet was thrown in front of the entrance with about ten broken tiles. It was the first time we ordered from them for our projects... Never again!

Your message is completely false, we did not make any threats, we called you time and time again because the delivery appointment was not made.. you delayed the delivery because you were not available and the carrier agreed to keep the goods in storage, but this has a cost as indicated in our general sales conditions..
We had to negotiate and take care of it ourselves, to avoid you paying these fees, and this is how we are thanked!
Regarding the thrown pallet, it is difficult to throw a 558kg pallet from a truck, and after verification, the delivery note was signed that everything was okay, without any notification of breakage problems or a careless delivery person.

The products are very good but if you have a delivery to make with an ongoing construction site then you take a lot of risks; the carrier (schenker) gives no news, and is unreachable, and when you have the chance to get an appointment they do not deliver and do not warn you (this happened to me on my two orders, one after the other). The first, lost package found 1 week later, the other delivery the day after the appointment at 11 am while the time slot was rescheduled from 12 to 4 pm (I was lucky to have someone to receive it). The contact person at the counters no longer feels concerned once the carrier has taken charge of the goods, this is not normal and increases the almost total lack of information.

Very big issues with their delivery service. They charge exorbitant fees for either receiving broken merchandise, not receiving it at all, or receiving it at a namesake's address without anyone caring...! I hesitated between 3 and 4 stars, as I only needed 1 m2 of cement tiles to make a kitchen backsplash (about 75 euros per m2), it was not possible to get a reduction in shipping costs (78 euros for 1 or 2 m2 without distinction, which is hard to understand since the weight and size of the package are not at all the same, it's tiling - it goes from 16-18kg for 1 m2 to 32-36 kg for 2 m2!), and this while I had also paid 19 euros for sending samples. No gesture from Comptoir du Cérame. The tiles are beautiful, but I will think twice before ordering again (I had already done so about ten years ago but for a larger quantity). Paying more in shipping fees than for tiles is not great.

I ordered samples of cement tiles/type cement and had already purchased stoneware tiles with a cement tile pattern for my shower about ten years ago (they unfortunately whiten under stagnant water on the floor). I hesitate between giving 3 or 4 stars considering the elements below. Overall, these are beautiful products, but I have 2 remarks: the actual rendering of the tiles can be really different from that of the photos on the screen and, on the other hand, when you want to buy small quantities of tiles (in my case 1m2), the shipping costs are astronomical and cost the price of the tiles. I understand that they come from Spain (it seems to me) and that the tiles are heavy, but it is not possible to pay 78 euros in shipping for 1m2 of tiles at 75 euros.

Thank you for your message. Regarding your order, the purchased tile is a non-rectified tile, and the standard allows for variations of a few millimeters for tiles. Moreover, you are replacing some tiles by putting them with other tiles from a different manufacture, so it's almost impossible to have the same measurements.
