I requested a delivery as soon as possible on September 24. I stated this several times. But the carrier must not have received the message. The carrier did not contact me as promised, the delivery person arrived with the pallet on September 8 to my great surprise and dismay. The street is small and the pallet remained for several days before my tiler had the time and kindness to bring the boxes to his place. A car or a large truck could have damaged the pallet, or it could have been stolen. On the same day, or the next, from your website, I sent a complaint that went unanswered.

The carrier is the last link in the ordering process and we strive to ensure a service of constant quality until the correct delivery of the tiles. We have indeed made a complaint to the transport company.

Apart from a long waiting time due to a stock shortage not mentioned at the order, I received my 20 boxes of Milano black hexagonal tiles in perfect condition. Just to regret 4 cracked tiles out of the total which will serve as small cuts.

Excellent commercial service, very responsive and attentive. I ordered samples 3 times. The first delivery was mishandled by the carrier, so it was not due to the ceramic counter.
