Practical website to use for making a choice. I had ordered samples to see the rendering of several tiles in situ. This reassured me in my choice and, when ordering 6 square meters of my preferred tiles, the shipping costs of the samples were refunded to me. The customer service on the phone is competent and responsive to answer practical or technical questions. The ordered tiles were delivered in a few working days, very well packaged and without breakage. The carrier waited while I checked the condition of the delivered tiles.

The tiles received do not match the dimensions of my order 12.3x12.3x1.0 cm, the width is not too serious but the thickness is, it forces me to use a lot of glue!!!!!!!!!

On each product sheet of ordered references, the indicated thickness is 0.9mm and not 1 cm as you state. Not being a collection of rectified tiles, there can be a variation of a few mm acceptable by tile standards. I do not see any contact from you indicating a possible problem with dimensions. I ordered a tile sample from COMPTOIR DU CERAME. Upon receiving the sample, I placed a large order for the same tile. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the tile did not match the sample I had previously received. I contacted the company COMPTOIR DU CERAME, which indicated that they had made a mistake in sending the sample, but that I had received the correct tile reference. I ordered this tile only because I liked the received sample. The tile I received does not match the sample I ordered at all. The company COMPTOIR DU CERAME is asking me to pay return fees of 253 euros, even though the mistake came from the company. The company COMPTOIR DU CERAME shows a lack of professionalism. To this day, they refuse to take back the tile for free. If you want to deal with a trustworthy company, DO NOT CHOOSE COMPTOIR DU CERAME!!

Hello Madam, as indicated several times by phone and by email, we cannot cover all transport costs related to AN ERROR ON YOUR PART, for not having been able to read the technical sheet of the product VERY CLEARLY MENTIONED ON THE PRODUCT'S WEBSITE. A solution was proposed to you, as an exceptional gesture on our part, which you refused. At no time was it said that we had sent the wrong sample, because that is not the case. We sent you a sample without the anti-slip treatment that you requested, clearly indicating on the tile that it was the same product WITHOUT the anti-slip. YOU made a mistake by ordering an anti-slip instead of a smooth one; WE cannot assume your error. Best wishes to you.
