Customer service unreachable. Sample order overpriced: €15 shipping for €1 of tiles, which in the end was not great. We found exactly the same tile model much nicer elsewhere!

Very beautiful products, fast delivery. Possibility of express delivery which is very useful given the delivery times of tiles in stores. Payment by bank transfer can create delays for delivery which is a shame. If you need the product quickly, pay by credit card.

A bit of a long wait, about 3 weeks, shipping costs very high I find (over 100€, it's a bit exaggerated) but otherwise really not disappointed with my purchase. It will be installed in a few days but the color really meets my expectations and especially the idea I had of it on the site.
