Very big issues with their delivery service. They charge exorbitant fees for either receiving broken merchandise, not receiving it at all, or receiving it at a namesake's address without anyone caring...! My last two experiences have been catastrophic! I strongly advise against it!!! It's a shame, their design was really nice!

After checking, you exchanged on the subject with an operator via chat, asking how the cardboard orders were packaged to avoid breakage, to which she replied about the process and to check the order in the presence of the delivery person... at no point did you ask anything about the sample, such as sending a non-broken tile for example.
