Quick handling and delivery. The site indicated 10 to 15 days for the order, but in less than a week I received my order. The quality of the tiles is top-notch, I can't wait to see the result :)

A top-notch customer service, very human and present: having made a mistake in the surface calculation, I needed a quick restock to avoid blocking the craftsman. Gaelle and Audrey were super responsive to arrange a quick delivery. When the carrier then went off track, they were there to follow up on the case and ensure that I was finally delivered. We ordered tiles after ordering a sample. Upon receipt, the tiles were different (rough surface instead of smooth) from the sample we received. The manufacturer had modified their product without informing the Comptoir du Cérame. The tiles were picked up free of charge and the order was fully refunded. I think you can judge the quality of a supplier when there is a dispute and it is resolved with honesty. Thank you to Comptoir du Cérame and thank you to Audrey for her efficiency.

A very beautiful site, the sample I bought corresponds in every way to the description and the photos presented. I chose a dark green fish scale tile. After checking out the tile merchants in my region (Liège in Belgium), I can tell you that this is the only site in Europe that had the model I was looking for. I am delighted and will order 6 m2 to make my shower. The delivery went well, with 3 extra days but that was due to the carriers and not the seller. I recommend Comptoir du Cérame without hesitation. I will post another review when I receive my final order. And to finish, I hope to be able to send photos of the realization of the tiled shower with green fish scales. Anne

I hesitated a lot to buy tiles online! I took the plunge because I couldn't find the tile pattern I wanted anywhere. I want to say that the tiles were delivered perfectly, no broken tiles. The delivery was handled by FedEx with whom I was able to arrange a new delivery because I wasn't there when they called the first time. The delivery people waited for me to open all the packages to make sure everything was in perfect condition as mentioned in the seller's instructions. I am very satisfied with my tiles. :-)
