THE order took 3 weeks to arrive, the package got lost, NO way to know where it ended up. A delivery person calling on the landline -> they are sure to find no one!
AND the result: THE color was not the right one!

No tracking of the package. No information regarding the delivery date. The samples received do not correspond to the requested samples. Moreover, one reference was missing. The samples were dirty and unmarked.

Delivery made with most tiles broken, especially on the corners, surely caused by the lack of diligence on the part of the delivery person, a provider of the ceramic counter who is not directly at fault. We managed to make do with what was left because we were pressed for time for the installation!! We didn't even try to return the order as it would have taken too long, very disappointed since our first order went very well!!!

3 shipments of 1 m2 broken upon delivery. I abandoned my complaints and managed with the few unbroken tiles in the packages. Not serious at all. Too bad because the site looked good and had a lot of choices. I won't take the risk again.

The color of the tiles received did not match the color displayed on the site at all. The tiles appeared sky blue on the site while I received a sort of lagoon blue-green.. return is paid and not cheap. Had to follow up to get a refund for my order.

LAMENTABLE: 4 deliveries to manage to obtain 25 tiles. No commercial gesture following these problems, apart from having returned 25 tiles each time, which means I have 41 tiles of which 16 are useless to me. ..... Comptoir du Cérame needs to find a transport company worthy of the name!!!!
