Just Perfect! The order was very well packaged (despite 2 broken tiles, everything else was very well arranged) and was delivered quickly. The quality of the tiles seems really good, and the final result is very pretty! Mini downside on the color of the site and in real life, I checked this by looking at different results on social networks which helped me choose because sometimes the color on the site is lighter than in reality ;) Happy with my purchase anyway!

No delivery tracking. Package delivered while the order was 'in preparation' so it was not possible to organize for reception. While the delivery cost is still significant. A few tiles were chipped during unpacking.

Great customer relations service, the lady I spoke to on the phone was able to answer all my questions, respect for deadlines and they took my urgency into account, products well packaged, a few tiles were broken but that's the transport, I had taken the precaution of ordering more to avoid having to make a complaint.
A small downside is the delivery price which I find very high, almost the same price as my order.
The delivery price needs to be reviewed especially when we know that your carrier delivers us with broken tiles
