A lot of requests by internet to know when I was delivered... and few responses!!! Deadlines far too long to receive this package and deadlines not in accordance with your indications on the site (more than 15 days of waiting)

Hello Mr. Laparre, We truly regret your comments, however, allow us to remind you that you ordered your samples indeed on 20/07, but with instructions to deliver only from 04/08. You received your samples on 06/08, two days later. Moreover, after reading the history of your emails sent to us, you received a response each time. You must also take into account that the indicated delivery dates are based on the fact that the products must be available at that time. If they are not, they need to be obtained to send them to you as quickly as possible. You received one sample and you ordered one sample. So nothing is missing. When it comes to a patchwork, we only send one random piece and not the entire patchwork which here consists of 9 pieces. Best regards,

I am absolutely DELIGHTED with my tiles!!! They are just magnificent. Placed above the countertop of my kitchen, it gives it a real character. The quality is superb with the small reliefs, nothing to compare with what you find in supermarkets...

No problem with the order or delivery, small issue regarding the refund of shipping costs for the samples on the final order, quickly resolved over the phone. Delivery of the samples was flexible, by appointment, delivery of the tiles much less flexible, plan for a day of immobilization.
