I had a small delivery problem. 30% of the tiles were broken upon arrival with a carrier who ran away and made me sign the receipt before checking the damages! The site team was very responsive and immediately resent the broken items hence my rating of 4/5. However, they do not get 5/5 because on the site the patterns of the tiles appear gray but are actually blue!! Fortunately, our kitchen is blue otherwise we would probably have returned these tiles as they do not match the photo on the site.

The tiles ordered are very pretty. Good quality.
However, the delivery was a bit problematic: the carrier does not deliver to your home or at the foot of the building, but on the road in front of our house (he did not want to put the pallet on the sidewalk). Traffic was blocked while carrying all the boxes....

Magnificent tile! Just a downside, I would have liked the colors to be brighter (ordered yellow tiles)! When I ordered, I expected a more vibrant yellow... a bit disappointed at this level! Otherwise, the delivery was great, well packaged!

The orange tile is not fluorescent at all, contrary to the photo, but a pale and dull orange... Given the costs incurred, I resigned myself to keeping it but it changed everything... So I am rather unhappy!
