In your case, the tiles from the Good Vibes Series that you ordered are in high demand, and the production date has been postponed several times. This is why it has been very difficult for us to follow the usual process.
To avoid this kind of oversight we have built up a larger stock of this hexagonal tile.

Your order being over 30 kg (about 60 kg), it could not be sent by messenger like our sampling service.
We are also actively looking for a way to offer delivery to the upper floors but we have not yet found a national company capable of providing this option.

You received your samples on 06/08, two days later. Moreover, after reading the history of your emails sent to us, you received a response each time. You must also take into account that the indicated delivery dates are based on the fact that the products must be available at that time. If they are not, they need to be obtained to send them to you as quickly as possible. You received one sample and you ordered one sample. So nothing is missing.
