Normally as soon as we are aware of a stock shortage we notify our clients within 24/48 hours by email.
In your case, the tiles from the Good Vibes Series that you ordered are in high demand, and the production date has been postponed several times. This is why it has been very difficult for us to follow the usual process.
To avoid this kind of oversight we have built up a larger stock of this hexagonal tile.
