Wide range of varied products that you can't find in stores. Delivery time was shorter than announced. A few damaged tiles were immediately replaced, nothing to complain about. Only the shipping costs would prevent me from ordering more regularly, I find them far too high, especially since they are charged per square meter.

Overall satisfied except for the delivery... our order was always notified as being in preparation when we received a call from the delivery person who was in front of the house. Being at work, he unloaded without us verifying the order under the threat of paying for another delivery...

I ordered 2 boxes of tiles. On the first shipment, one box was completely broken. The after-sales service was very efficient and sent me another one with my photos as proof. But there is a big problem with packaging and transport since there was still breakage in the second shipment.
