Smooth purchasing experience, impeccable customer service. A downside on the delivery. After having postponed the delivery day twice, I ended up receiving the pallet at the entrance of my property and not at the entrance of my house despite my request to the delivery person. Having to move the pallet myself to the house was long, heavy, and tedious. However, I am very satisfied with the product.

The tiles are very good, however the delivery was catastrophic. The carrier received the tiles and did not reach out to deliver them to us. We had to harass them to get delivered. The seller's customer service was not very courteous either when we reported the problems we encountered with the carrier. It is a shame that the service is not ensured until the product is delivered.

A not very courteous customer service that contacted you because the carrier could not reach you because you had incorrectly provided your phone number when placing the order. A not very courteous customer service that gave you the carrier's contact details so you could get in touch with them to schedule the delivery. A not very courteous customer service that sent a new message to the carrier with another phone number because you did not respond when the delivery person tried to reach you to deliver as agreed with him. We ensured the follow-up of the delivery until the end despite what you write. We always responded and did what was necessary to help you. The positive point is that you like the tiles. Perfect, the tiles match the sample and the delivery went smoothly with professionals attentive to my wishes. I was a bit worried after reading comments about the carrier Schenker. Everything went perfectly with people available and attentive to my remarks. Since the delivery was in a difficult location for a truck, I had asked the local carrier to place the pallet at their loading dock. They even loaded the tiles into my old Berlingo with their lift. The Comptoir du Cérame is a company to recommend... which I will not fail to do.

Practical website to use for making a choice. I had ordered samples to see the rendering of several tiles in situ. This reassured me in my choice and, when ordering 6 square meters of my preferred tiles, the shipping costs of the samples were refunded to me. The customer service on the phone is competent and responsive to answer practical or technical questions. The ordered tiles were delivered in a few working days, very well packaged and without breakage. The carrier waited while I checked the condition of the delivered tiles.
