The site is well made but I ordered a sample that arrived broken into 6 pieces. The packaging was very well done with several layers. Perhaps work on the carriers is needed. Nothing to say about the tiling, it is of very good quality and matches the site.

The tiles are very beautiful BUT the site gives incorrect dimensions: some tiles advertised as 20x20 are actually 20.5x20.5; the others were supposed to be 1 cm thick but are actually 8mm. We had planned to mix all these tiles so it's impossible. We will do it differently, but it's a shame. Website needs to be reviewed, but very beautiful tiles!

We received the samples without any issues. However, we requested a quote for which we received a quick response. That's when things got complicated: no response despite 3 emails sent to get additional information about availability and how to order.

I ordered samples before placing a potential order. I received 3 samples within 10 days, 2 out of 3 were broken and I received the balance of my order a month later, again with broken tiles. So I did not place an order and bought my tiles elsewhere. A site that takes a month to send 8 paid samples, I can't even imagine how long an order might take....
