1 tile as a sample is just enough, why not 2? (15 euros is not cheap either). Otherwise, impeccable and fast delivery

Hello, Thank you for the positive remark on the delivery. We send one tile as a sample to see the color, appreciate the material and quality of the tile. It is not necessary for us to provide multiple tiles of the same model, and this approach is appreciated by our customers. You mention sending 2 tiles, which would double the weight and increase shipping costs since the weight and volume of the package are considered during merchandise transport. Finally, you mention 15€ shipping costs that "are not cheap," but I remind you that these costs are refunded for a minimum order of 120€ including VAT. Nothing to complain about the order and the products but very disappointed with the delivery by the carrier db schenker. Package not picked up, I had the supplier for a week while we had ordered in advance to organize the delivery one week when we could receive it. It arrived the following week on a delivery day when the driver could not find the address but knew to say it was in the dead end but did not contact us with a delivery slot of 8am-6pm which blocked us for an entire day! A redelivery was scheduled for the same day after our call to the delivery person! No difficulties the next day to find the house which had not changed address and we had not given any additional information.
So great seller but zero carrier!
