Very beautiful products, fast delivery. Possibility of express delivery which is very useful given the delivery times of tiles in stores. Payment by bank transfer can create delays for delivery which is a shame. If you need the product quickly, pay by credit card.

Problem with broken tiles in the package, perhaps a flaw in the packaging of the package not secured enough. Nevertheless, these are samples, so not as serious as if I had ordered a large quantity.
