The person who answers questions does not know the products they are selling. I had to ask the same question several times to get an answer. Asking for consumer feedback is good but not 8 months later, it makes no sense.

The delivery of the samples took a long time. However, it was very expensive given the dimensions and weight of the package. If we place an order with you for our 20m2 of tiles, we hope that the delivery will be faster and that a commercial discount on the delivery fees will be offered to us.
