No problem with the order or delivery, small issue regarding the refund of shipping costs for the samples on the final order, quickly resolved over the phone. Delivery of the samples was flexible, by appointment, delivery of the tiles much less flexible, plan for a day of immobilization.

I had a small delivery problem. 30% of the tiles were broken upon arrival with a carrier who ran away and made me sign the receipt before checking the damages! The site team was very responsive and immediately resent the broken items hence my rating of 4/5. However, they do not get 5/5 because on the site the patterns of the tiles appear gray but are actually blue!! Fortunately, our kitchen is blue otherwise we would probably have returned these tiles as they do not match the photo on the site.

The tiles ordered are very pretty. Good quality.
However, the delivery was a bit problematic: the carrier does not deliver to your home or at the foot of the building, but on the road in front of our house (he did not want to put the pallet on the sidewalk). Traffic was blocked while carrying all the boxes....

Good. Sample order without any problems. Final order more complicated: difficulty in identifying quantities per box... the equivalent in ordered surface is not recalled on the order/invoice. Just the number of boxes but one is 1 m2 and the other is 0.5m2. Quite difficult to keep track....
