I'm still very happy with the Confetti products, they're great for the holidays. However, the parcel took longer to arrive than usual, just in time.

Hello, I would like to make a complaint because an item in my order 514224624 was incomplete and damaged. It is the Mylar balloon Letters Rose Gold happy Birthday at CHF 21.75 One letter had a defect, so it was impossible to inflate it.... and there was only a transparent thread, so it was impossible to hang everything up. I can send you the pictures.

Two balloons just exploded without reason, the helium in two balloons did not last more than one day, a bit disappointing to drive all the way to the shop in the nowhere, pay 50chf, for poor quality. Two stars just because the choice of balloons is good.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your order. Balloons are very fragile by nature but only burst when in contact with sharp objets or excessive exposure to heat or sun. Regarding the confetti-filled balloons, it was clearly explained to you upon pick-up that they do not last more than a day due to the weight of the confettis as specified on our website.
