I had ordered a wooden cake topper, a bit fragile. Unfortunately it arrived broken. I emailed Confetti Box the same day and they sent me a new one free of charge and also added some magic candles to it, to apologise for the inconvenience. Great customer service and the cake topper was just like the pictures! Thanks again!
