QUICK AND EASY

It's a shame that loyal customers don't receive real gifts with their orders. I had an order of 200€, I received 2 mini samples of cream. I'm so disappointed that I don't even dare sponsor my friends.

restocking times far too long

I'm not satisfied6with my purchase because the cream contains too many controversial substances, silicone, alcohol and lots of chemicals.

Very disappointed for a first order on this site. I reported that the products were damaged (crumbling soaps and damaged packaging), I was asked to send a photo, which I did and since then nothing. I won't be recommending this site again. Not serious at all about after-sales

Frankly, it's not worth it, you're paying for nothing.

delivery not usually fast but here seems to be out of stock and it really doesn't happen fast, if I don't receive it this week, there will be a refund as I won't be there to receive it.

The wax is of very poor quality, the melting time indicated is insufficient. The batch went straight into the garbage can! Bravo!!!!!

More than 14 days to receive delivery, and having paid a supplement to receive maximum four days

I placed an order that took 12 days to arrive at the relay pickup I had chosen. I contacted Cosmeto Nature by email and someone called me back to solve the problem. It was quick. I recommend it because the problem was not with Cosmeto Nature but with the delivery person.

The parcel was supposedly dispatched when it wasn't, because there was a problem with the supplier of one of the products ordered, which no longer exists and yet is present on the site (snake venom serum). I found this out when I contacted customer service, because I still hadn't received my order. To this day, I still haven't received it (order placed on 6/02/24). Great, especially as I paid for delivery in a relay point within 3-4 days. This is the 2nd time I've had a delivery problem, last summer I had to wait over 1 month despite several reminders to customer service. I've been a customer for years, and I don't understand what's been happening lately. It's a shame, the products are very good.

delivery a little long

Delay on the delivery I had to send my package at my expense to my address in Belgium ... half of my order was there. 2 boxes of cells + 1 free tea, times two ... so 4 boxes of cells and two teas ... there was a miscalculation when preparing the package ... however I paid double. I hope to receive the rest of my missing order free of charge quickly at my Belgian home.

I made a large order and I was not satisfied with the gift, a pair of tweezers??? While it says a free shampoo for every 100€ of purchase, I got 400€ and they offer me a pair of tweezers...

Delivery too long Contact by mail never answered

It's only been a few days, so it's early days for the evaluation.

Unacceptable! Despite my email exchanges, I still haven't received my parcel and still no explanation! I had to put a star to validate my review!

Hello, to date I still have not received my order (dated 06.07.23) normally delivery in 72h, an email was sent to the company and no response.

Never received and not answering

I was unable to collect my product because it was sent to another relay point which was still closed, so it was impossible for me to collect my product. I would like my money back.

Very satisfied with the delivery, it's a shame that the CURAE Snail Mucus products are out of stock, I'm waiting for an email so that I can order them.

Order still not received although I ordered on 26/06/2023 Not serious it is the last time I order from them. It is not the same serious as before

i've been using this cream for 5 years now, and i'm down to the last few dozen or even hundreds of rebellious hairs, and i'm not russian (hairy) or even borderline hairless. i just received 7 tubes of 150 ml, hoping they'll be the last, but i'm not sure!!!!

I bought 2 creams, one for day and one for night. The day cream is fluffy and leaves residue on the skin.

Hello I am a little disappointed because in the description I asked for samples of slimming tea devalife yet I am a regular customer it my nothing mie as samples I would have wanted to test. Too bad

Received on time. Preparation of the order was very well done, highly appreciated. Negative point, it seems to miss a small quantity of product in one of the shampoo bottles + there is dust on the caps. (not very hygienic)
