This is the 2nd time I've had a delivery problem, last summer I had to wait over 1 month despite several reminders to customer service. I've been a customer for years, and I don't understand what's been happening lately. It's a shame, the products are very good.

Delay on the delivery I had to send my package at my expense to my address in Belgium ... half of my order was there. 2 boxes of cells + 1 free tea, times two ... so 4 boxes of cells and two teas ... there was a miscalculation when preparing the package ... however I paid double. I hope to receive the rest of my missing order free of charge quickly at my Belgian home.
