Good products but we should think more about the containers. The Gutto tube is an absurdity that makes you lose a lot of product when the previous jar was perfect. Not enough choice of delivery methods: I only had choices that were not eco-friendly at home.

A product missing in the order but invoiced. I had to phone to hear me say that the product was out of stock, that I just had to recommend it when it will be available again. All at my expense of course. So I was refunded the missing product but not the shipping costs. I asked for the product to be sent to me free of charge when it would be available but obviously, it's too much to ask. I won't be recommending any more on this site as the customer service is null and void.

The home page has too much information and it is difficult to find your way around; for example, the column on the right shows the info on the shopping cart and the promotions already included above. Also there are 3 different ways to search on the same page. Too much info kills the info ;). I think you should get closer to your graphic designer or get help if you are autonomous. You have excellent products, so it's a shame that customers get tired of looking. On the other hand, congratulations for the products (and the adapted containers) and all the promotions you offer.
