The delivery time was huge this time. I had to interrupt my treatment. Too bad! But the products are still great.

The delivery time is extremely long, more than 20 days, but satisfied with the product.

The products are great, I usually order regularly, the only downside is the very long delivery time and every time the product is out of stock, yet at the time of placing my order until validation, nothing is out of stock, I don't understand their way of proceeding. Anyway, I waited 1 month before receiving it, they really need to review this.

Delivery too expensive !!!!

I usually buy from Cosmeto Nature. Unfortunately, this time some products were out of stock and I only found out after I had ordered and paid.

The gels are excellent, nothing to say about that, however I regret the shipping time of the products and delivery. 17 days between the order confirmation and receipt. No communication about it. I had to send an email for explanations. I did receive a small gift, but when you have to go on a trip and you don't have your order beforehand, it's very inconvenient.

The product is in line with the claims. I managed to lose about 7kg. I had a little mishap with the last delivery of my order which I had to cancel because it was taking too long to arrive. I will definitely reorder.

It's a shame that loyal customers don't receive real gifts with their orders. I had an order of 200€, I received 2 mini samples of cream. I'm so disappointed that I don't even dare sponsor my friends.

Very disappointed for a first order on this site. I reported that the products were damaged (crumbling soaps and damaged packaging), I was asked to send a photo, which I did and since then nothing. I won't be recommending this site again. Not serious at all about after-sales

I placed an order that took 12 days to arrive at the relay pickup I had chosen. I contacted Cosmeto Nature by email and someone called me back to solve the problem. It was quick. I recommend it because the problem was not with Cosmeto Nature but with the delivery person.

The parcel was supposedly dispatched when it wasn't, because there was a problem with the supplier of one of the products ordered, which no longer exists and yet is present on the site (snake venom serum). I found this out when I contacted customer service, because I still hadn't received my order. To this day, I still haven't received it (order placed on 6/02/24). Great, especially as I paid for delivery in a relay point within 3-4 days. This is the 2nd time I've had a delivery problem, last summer I had to wait over 1 month despite several reminders to customer service. I've been a customer for years, and I don't understand what's been happening lately. It's a shame, the products are very good.

I made a large order and I was not satisfied with the gift, a pair of tweezers??? While it says a free shampoo for every 100€ of purchase, I got 400€ and they offer me a pair of tweezers...

i've been using this cream for 5 years now, and i'm down to the last few dozen or even hundreds of rebellious hairs, and i'm not russian (hairy) or even borderline hairless. i just received 7 tubes of 150 ml, hoping they'll be the last, but i'm not sure!!!!
