The home page has too much information and it is difficult to find your way around; for example, the column on the right shows the info on the shopping cart and the promotions already included above. Also there are 3 different ways to search on the same page. Too much info kills the info ;). I think you should get closer to your graphic designer or get help if you are autonomous. You have excellent products, so it's a shame that customers get tired of looking. On the other hand, congratulations for the products (and the adapted containers) and all the promotions you offer. Good luck and take care of yourself!

I am disappointed, after my order I receive a confirmation e-mail the next day stating that the shipment is in progress and I discover that the package was delivered to an address other than mine. When I contact the after-sales service, they say that the order is not delivered because they are waiting for the product ordered. Why send an e-mail saying that the delivery is in progress when it is not true? Moreover, the site stipulated that the product was in stock.
