I put 1 star for customer service, because I can't put 0!!! Non-existent customer service. No response to my emails, no refund for my previous order which was received by CSJ, despite my emails: This is called theft!!! Otherwise, compliant products, fast delivery.

I still haven't received my order, but I have been deducted from my bank account. It's unacceptable, there's a problem with the relay point I don't have an address for collecting the parcel, and it turns out that it's not the one I chose when I bought on your site. I'd like this to be sorted out as soon as possible, or else get my money back.

Hello You ordered on Friday 26 afternoon, Monday 29 being Whit Monday, there was no transport. Your order therefore left on Tuesday May 30 for delivery on Friday 2 by Colissimo. The delivery time is correct because it is stipulated 72 h working day. Sincerely
