Delivery driver did not follow delivery instructions. Requested in the afternoon, showed up 2 times in the morning. Asked to call beforehand, did so once on site! It's a club and there isn't always a presence .

I'm happy with the product but I didn't really appreciate the call from your carrier before it arrived. I'm at work and I'm wondering why there's no one there when I haven't even tried to knock on my door. Here are the carrier's words. "Gentlemen, don't waste our time if you're not at home when the delivery arrives" and the worst thing is that I call home and he's there, of course.and try to call him back to explain why he won't pick up.

The plastic trays for macaroons arrived damaged whereas the shipping carton was not! Customer service responded quickly, but offered 5% on a future order, which I'm not happy with, given that the trays are almost all damaged! Ditto for previous order with some damaged cartons!
