It's a pity that there's no possibility of delivery to a relay point, as delivery costs are high.

I'm happy with the product but I didn't really appreciate the call from your carrier before it arrived. I'm at work and I'm wondering why there's no one there when I haven't even tried to knock on my door. Here are the carrier's words. "Gentlemen, don't waste our time if you're not at home when the delivery arrives" and the worst thing is that I call home and he's there, of course.and try to call him back to explain why he won't pick up.

A small problem with the delivery, but a warm welcome and immediately someone who listens, tries to understand what's going on and finds the source of the problem. I'm satisfied and would recommend them.

The plastic trays for macaroons arrived damaged whereas the shipping carton was not! Customer service responded quickly, but offered 5% on a future order, which I'm not happy with, given that the trays are almost all damaged! Ditto for previous order with some damaged cartons!
