CSJ emballages consistently delivers fast and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery times, on-time shipments, and items arriving well packaged. The products are described as matching descriptions, meeting expectations, and being of good quality, with several mentions of top-notch packaging and accurate orders. Customer service and overall experience are highlighted by smooth processes, effortless ordering, and willingness to recommend the store, including prompt resolutions and helpful interactions. A recurring strength is competitive pricing combined with fast delivery and dependable reliability across orders.
Hello, the product is perfect and compliant, thank you. On the other hand, delivery by DPD to a relay point was catastrophic (the deliveryman didn't come and changed the delivery information, customer service did everything it could to avoid having to deal with the problem). After 1 week of setbacks (without my ordered equipment) I had to go to the DPD center to pick up my package, in the middle of the work day. I have absolutely nothing against you, but for your partner DPD it's a 0. Me

I don't understand why the post office delivered the parcel and not your carrier, given the amount paid for delivery.

I only gave myself one star for delivery and customer service because I waited for the deliveryman on the day of delivery and he never called me. He did, however, send me to the post office to pick up the parcel.

Hello, The item is exactly what I expected and the delivery was fast! The only downside was the packaging: a small item that fit in a 1/2 size envelope, but was shipped in a big box full of empty space... Best regards.

Goods ok. Delivery relatively correct. However, customer service leaves a lot to be desired, as there was no response to my e-mails or calls.

I can't evaluate my item because I couldn't pick it up at the Pick up relay! For two days I tried but the machine didn't recognize my ID and MP! I'm very unhappy about this.

Very satisfied. Fast delivery. However, the size of the packaging is disproportionate to the item sent. This bothers me from an ecological point of view.
